I’ve added the first of what will hopefully be many videos to the fitness video section. These are all you-tube videos of the best demonstrations I could find for what I’d consider a fantastic shoulder mobility series of exercises. Joint mobility is still the most overlooked aspect of physical fitness for many folks and improving here will increase performance and decrease injuries.
Also, here’s a pretty nice podcast I listed to last night to add some ideas to your dieting repertoire. Shawn’s isn’t quite as scientific as many of the other health podcasts I listen to, but he does a great job taking a holistic view towards health. Enjoy.
